There are several ways to order a yurt from Blue Ridge Yurts. You can contact us by phone or email, or you can fill out an Order Form and mail it to us as described below.

	Download the Order Form & Sales Agreement and print them out.
	Complete the Order Form and sign the Sales Agreement.
	Mail the Order Form and Sales Agreement to us at the address provided at the top of the Order Form, along with your deposit.
	We will send you an invoice re-stating your order, the amount paid, the balance owed and pick-up or delivery date.

If you do not have access to a printer, please contact us and we will mail copies to you.

TERMS:

	50% deposit required at the time of order with balance upon completion.
	VISA and MASTERCARD accepted. NOTE: 2% add-on for use of electronic transactions.
